Aunt Adele's Swedish Pancakes

Swedish Pancakes


  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs


  1. Mix ingredients together and pour a thin amount into a round pan that has been buttered.
  2. Cook on slightly less than medium heat and when the sides begin to curl up, turn to cook on other side (about 4 minutes for first side and 3 minutes for other side).
  3. Spread lingonberry jam (substitute cranberry jelly) on top and roll up.
