Position description:

This position is located in our Evansville, IN facility dispatching for Evansville, IN and Lexington, KY operations.  This full-time position is responsible for the following: 1) Manages customer contacts in a positive manner 2) Takes emergency and non-emergency phone calls 3) Deploys and tracks all AMR resources 4) Triages trips for dispatch priority; operates telephone and two-way radio system 5) Directs daily activities of the system; allocates calls appropriately and in a timely manner.

Position requirements:

Qualified candidates will possess CPR certification and an EMD Certification from the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch.  AMR is willing to consider candidates for CPR and EMD Certification. High school diploma or (GED) is required along with related experience or training.  Relocation assistance may be available to interested and qualified candidates.
