We have had some legitimate reasons for missing the exam such as: paramedic's mother passed away.  Some of the reasons have not been acceptable such as: "I forgot", or "I was busy".  This is a responsibility of your chosen profession and without your certification-you don't work. The paramedic regulations do not at this time allow for re-entry or any grace period.  If you have not completed the requirements for certification by your expiration date you will expire. 

There will be one (1) final exam date for those with acceptable reasons for missing the other 7 exams that were given during October and November. That date will be December 17th at 1:30PM EST, in the Health Services Boardroom, 2nd Floor, 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40621.
