We founded a non-profitable unit to assist people on medical emergencies.

We are established in the Mexican Republic in the State of Morelos, operating in the city of Cuernavaca and it's surrounding.

Twenty people work with us and all of them are volunteers. Some are workers and others are students. Our work for URIAC consists in during our free time give first aids to people at a pre-hospital level.

Our personal is trained at different levels. We have "socorristas" who give the first aid, monitors of ambulance services, who are more advanced and the technicians on medical emergencies.

For three years our association gave an efficient and free service, using two ambulances and medical equipment that belonged to some of our members, but they left the organization and we do not have them any more, therefore we can't continue giving the same service.

We wonder if your could be able to help us to get donations for the acquisition of ambulances and medical equipment as well as for the training's of people or may be you could help us to obtain used ambulances and medical equipment that were in good operating conditions.

We would like to keep on giving the rescue services, so we would appreciate a lot if you could sponsor us or give us any kind of help.

We are a non-profitable civil association legally register to the government. Nest is the information about it.

License of the Subsecretaria de Salud del Estado de Morelos. License Sanitary number 2007006931 with authorization for ambulances for non-infectious patients, issued by Dr. Salvador Casares Gueralt.

We are constituted as a non-profitable civic association registered with the Notary Public number 10 Lic. Javier Palazuelos Cinta on public registration number 162575 volume 335 Fojas 70 Date November 14th 1994. For the constitution of this association it was given permission number 09040351, file number 9409038890. Folio number 690002, issued by the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

Based on the articles 28 and 29 of civil protection law and 24 of the before mentioned law, it was given the numeral as a registration of the Regiduria de Salud and Civil Protection of the Municipal of Cuernavaca city, in the Morelos State, numeral: cepm-000-06-01-02-95.
