STATCARE equipment return

By JOHN HULTGREN
Louisville Medical Center STATCARE

LOUISVILLE — STATCARE knows that your patient care equipment is valuable, and we try very hard to retrieve and return to you any medical equipment sent with a patient that STATCARE transports.

Our new UPS shipping software allows us to automatically send you an e-mail when a shipment has been processed. This e-mail will notify you that your equipment is on the way and it will provide the UPS tracking number so that you can check on its progress.

If you would like to receive e-mail notification of shipments, please send us your e-mail address to info@statcare.org

Please include your department or agency's name and your correct shipping address so that we can update our records.

We usually retrieve the equipment from the hospital on the day following the transport, and we sometimes encounter difficulty identifying the owner of the equipment. This is particularly true since we transport patients from multiple states. Ensuring that your equipment is properly marked with your department or agency's name, city, and state will help us return your valuable equipment to you promptly.
