Memorial service scheduled for UK Air Medical crew

LEXINGTON — The University of Kentucky Air Medical Services has scheduled a memorial service for the four crew members killed Monday evening in a tragic helicopter crash in Eastern Kentucky.

The memorial service will be held Friday, June 18, 1999 from 11:00 a.m. until noon EST at the Immanuel Baptist Church, 3100 Tates Creek Road, in Lexington. The church is located on Tates Creek Road between New Circle Road and Alumni Drive.

This is only intended to be a public memorial service.  There will be no public funeral or processional.
