EMSC survey

VERSAILLES — EMS providers are invited to take the following survey: 2007-2008 Kentucky EMSC Agency Survey.

This survey is part of a national assessment on pediatric issues for EMS being conducted in all 50 states and the 6 territories. The survey is an effort to identify the status of some pediatric-focused performance measures and the need for certain standards.

It is important you respond because your answers are statistically significant and represent other agencies similar to yours. If you have already completed the survey, thank you. You need not complete it again.
