KBEMS preparing to move office to Versailles

FRANKFORT — Effective December 17, 2007, the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services will be moving to 300 North Main Street, Versailles, KY 40383. We are still located at 2545 Lawrenceburg Road, Frankfort, KY until December 14, 2007. Due to the preparation of the upcoming move and the high volume of applications received by mail, we are no longer processing walk-ins. We will accept applications and fees in our office if you wish to hand carry them, however they will be processed along with the mailed in applications.

We apologize for any delays this may cause but to assure that you receive your new certification by December 31, 2007 you need to return your completed application and fees as soon as possible. Completed applications received postmarked by December 31, 2007 will be processed January 2, 2008. Applications received postmarked after December 31, 2007 will be returned to the applicant. We are currently able to process applications with approximately three day turnaround time. 

Once we are in the Versailles office you will be required to sign in with the receptionist as a visitor. The receptionist will contact the individual with KBEMS that you wish to visit and they will come to the front desk and assist you.
