State medical protocols, version 2, available

FRANKFORT — Version 2.0 of the draft State Protocols are now available online at http://kbems.kctcs.edu. They are in Adobe format so please save them to your PC and then you will be able to print the document. It is a large document at 8.31MB so this may take some time to download.
