'Thanks' from Nelson County EMS

BARDSTOWN — On behalf of Joe, Eva, and Missy Prewitt and their families. I would like to take this time to say thank you to all. 

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to my fellow emergency service personnel. With the passing of Britney Joe Prewitt on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, our little town of Bardstown and Nelson County EMS seemed so small and empty, yet through your kind words, your hugs, your cards, your volunteering of your time, your visits, your condolences, and your support we were able to get through this tragedy and know that if we need a shoulder to cry on, or someone to talk to there is always someone like yourselves out there. I just could not believe the response we received from the people in this state. When I say state that is because the support came from all around. You folks know who you are and may God bless you and keep you safe.

Special thanks to the crews that covered our county while we attended the funeral.  

Britney Joe Prewitt, may you rest in peace.
