UK requests retrieval of all EMS equipment left at hospital

LEXINGTON — Due to ongoing construction at the University of Kentucky Medical Center we are asking that all backboards, various splints, and straps be picked up before Monday June 4th, 2007.  

The current construction project will eliminate the current storage area, making it of vast importance for EMS agencies to pick up left equipment within 24 hours of leaving at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.  

Currently there are numerous agencies with equipment in the UK Emergency Department storage area.  For a current list of agencies with equipment at the University of Kentucky Medical Center please contact Jamie Alcorn at 859-323-2967 or by e-mail jmalco2@email.uky.edu.
