Construction crane alert for UofL Hospital

LOUISVILLE — On Dec. 27 a construction crane will be erected northeast of the University of Louisville Hospital helipad in downtown Louisville.

The crane will be 200-feet tall with a 220-foot turning radius that will have a weather vane effect for a period of one year.

This area will be considered a "No-Fly Zone" and the crane will be equipped with a beacon.
