Funeral arrangements for Chassidy Howard

PIKEVILLE — A full EMS funeral for DHP Ambulance Service EMT Chassidy Howard will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, Dec. 4, at the Letcher Funeral Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am today at the funeral home.

Howard, 30, passed away Friday from a pulmonary embolism.
