EMS Instructor renewal fee

FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services has received numerous renewal applications from EMS Instructors that only included the fee for their provider recertification.  In current regulation there is a $70.00 recertification fee for each level of EMS Instructor.  In order for individuals to maintain EMS Instructor certification the renewal fee and universal application must be postmarked by 12/31/2005.

Friday 12/30/2005 is a state holiday and the office will be closed.  There are only nine more working days left to complete this requirement.
