KBEMS requesting documentation on RSI

FRANKFORT — Dr. Daniel O’Brien, State Medical Advisor for the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services, has put together an airway-reporting template for those services that are utilizing rapid sequence intubation (RSI).

We are requesting those service that have utilized RSI on patients in the last six (6) months to complete and return the attached form to the KBEMS office by COB November 30, 2005.
