Funeral arrangements for DHP supervisor killed in off-duty wreck By
JOHN HULTGREN PRESTONSBURG — James F. "Jimbo" Conley, a paramedic and supervisor for DHP and Respond Ambulance Service, was killed this morning in an off-duty motor vehicle wreck. According to Gina Tarver, an Assistant Administrator with DHP Inc., Conley had left work and was on his way to a doctor's appointment when the accident occurred. "Jimbo has been in EMS for over 15 years, owned a service in Lewis County, and has worked in central and eastern Kentucky during his service to the community," Tarver wrote. Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 14, from 3 until 9 p.m. The funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Carter Funeral Home in Prestonsburg is handling the funeral arrangements and burial will be at the Conley family cemetery in East Point.
