KAT begins service from London

Kentucky Aeromedical Team Press Release

LEXINGTON — Kentucky Aeromedical Team is pleased to announce that KAT 3 was placed into full-time service at Marymount Medical Center in London, KY effective last Monday.

KAT 3 compliments its sister ships KAT 1 based at St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead, KY and KAT 2 based at Anderson County Ambulance Service.  KAT is a “non-denominational” program and will transport patients to or from any appropriate facility.  In addition, KAT will continue to respond to trauma or medical scenes when requested by the usual EMS, police, or fire entities.  KAT can be contacted for emergency transport at 1-888-807-0682.

K.A.T. - Kentucky Aeromedical Team is a multi-aircraft, high quality, community - based program with advanced customer service expectations and motivated to provide for local control and evaluation.  K.A.T. provides critical care and trauma services to Central and Eastern Kentucky.
