Funeral arrangements for Frank Covington

Georgetown-Scott County EMS Press Release

GEORGETOWN — Recently retired Georgetown-Scott County EMS EMT Frank Covington (EMT #1483) died yesterday at his home.

Frank retired from Georgetown-Scott County EMS on August 1, where he had been employed since 1976.  Frank was also a past firefighter with the Georgetown Fire Department and a police officer with the City of Georgetown.

Frank leaves behind a wife and three children. 

Visitation will be held at Johnson's Funeral Home on South Broadway in Georgetown on Friday from 5:00-8:00, and the funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00.

The Emergency Services Community lost a dedicated friend.
