INCIDENT COMMAND/MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Successful fire suppression is dependant upon efficient execution of attack strategies and proper utilization of day-to-day resources.  Couple these aspects with personnel safety and the importance of understanding command becomes obvious.

This course will focus on managing incidents on a large and small scale, whatever the size of your department.  This is an excellent course for all firefighters, from the rand and file to the multi-bugles.

**Emphasis will be placed on accountability.
