McLean paramedic Jerry Coakley dies unexpectedly at home

CALHOUN — EMT and paramedic graduate Jerry Coakley, 41, died Sunday at his parents' home of a possible heart attack.

Coakley worked full-time for McLean County EMS and part-time in Owensboro. His wife, Marieta Coakley, is the assistant director of McLean County EMS.

Funeral arrangements were unavailable.
