Funeral arrangements for Steve Bullins

Richmond — EMT Steve Bullins, 46, a full-time employee with Madison County EMS and a retired firefighter with the Richmond Fire Department, passed away at home on Sunday morning.

Steve had worked a 12-hour shift on Saturday.

Visitation will be held today from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. EST at the Combs, Parsons, and Collins Funeral Home in Richmond.

A firefighter funeral will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church on Main Street in Richmond.
