Fund established for paramedic's son

LOUISVILLE — A memorial fund to benefit the education of paramedic Paul Bullock's 12-year-old son has been established.

Paul Douglas Bullock, 48, of Louisville, died Monday as his residence. He was a paramedic with Jefferson County EMS and also worked with the Breckinridge County EMS. He is survived by his wife, Jodi L. Smith Bullock, a son, Douglas Craig Bullock; a stepson, Bryant S. Hardesty, and a stepdaughter, Ashlie M. Hardesty; four brothers, a sister, his parents, and a stepgrandchild.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 5708 Preston Hwy., with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to the memorial fund. Donations can be made at any 5/3 Bank or mailed to:
