Sen. Denton agrees to sponsor EMS license plate bill

LOUISVILLE — Senator Julie Denton (R - Jefferson) has agreed to sponsor a bill in the 2003 Kentucky Legislative Session to create a special EMS license plate.

This bill would allow persons affiliated with the "pre-hospital Kentucky emergency medical services system" to purchase a special EMS license plate for their personal vehicle. $10.00 of the cost would go into a special fund to be used solely to support continuing education programs for emergency medical technicians throughout Kentucky.
