Life Star Ambulance for sale

LOUISA — Life Star Ambulance, a small ambulance service in eastern Kentucky, is for sale.

Life Star operates 4 ambulances, advanced and basic life support, making 3,000 runs annually.

The reason the service is for sale is long-term family illness, and the owner is unable to devote the time needed to service the community and citizens of Lawrence County.
