KyAAMS elects new officers

LOUISVILLE — The Kentucky Chapter of the Association of Air Medical Services elected new officers for the current year this evening at their general membership meeting in Louisville.

Election results are:

  • President Elect: Gary Sizemore (a pilot for STATCARE and a former paramedic)
  • Secretary: Janie Ward (a flight nurse for Air Evac)
  • Treasurer: Walter Middleton (a flight nurse for STATCARE who is also licensed as a paramedic).

Last year's president-elect, Cathy Spry, assumed the role of president. Spry is a flight nurse for STATCARE.

KyAAMS has also started a membership drive. 

Between now and July 15, all new members will be entered into a drawing for a free paid early-registration fee to the AMTC conference this November in Kansas City. Any current member will also be entered into the drawing for each new member they recruit. Travel and lodging are not included. The prize will be awarded only if more than 20 new members are recruited.
