Change made for Friday's FR instructor orientation

FRANKFORT — Due to a death in the family, an instructor substitution has been made for Friday's First Responder Instructor Orientation program in Georgetown.

Late registrants should now e-mail their intent to participate to Charles O'Neal at charlesm.oneal@mail.state.ky.us.

Letch Day was originally scheduled to teach the class, which will be held Friday, Mar. 8, at 1:00 p.m. at the Georgetown Fire Department Station #3, 101 Airport Road, in Georgetown.

Letch's father-in-law, Charles Miller,  died unexpectedly yesterday in London, Kentucky. The funeral will be at the Corbin Funeral Home in Corbin on Friday at 2:00 P.M.

David Williams will substitute for Letch at the training program.
