COURSE DESCRIPTION: Three members of the Seattle Fire Department will be presenting an overview of the "Mary Pang Warehouse Fire", which occurred on January 5, 1995, in Seattle, Washington. Captain Ray Risdon, Captain Ray Angulo and Firefighter Paul Andrews will address the issues that contributed to the tragic chain of events resulting in the deaths of four firefighters. Their presentation entails a thorough examination of how a breakdown in cooperation and communication can result in a nightmare of events.
