Funeral arrangements for Charlie O'Neal's mother

MADISONVILLE — Mildred Dare Stephens O'Neal, mother of Kentucky Board of EMS staff member Charlie O'Neal, passed away yesterday after a brief illness.

Visitation will be held at the Calvary Memorial Baptist Church in Hopkinsville today from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The funeral will be held at the church on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m.

The Lamb Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements. Ms. O'Neal had asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation to Pennyrile Hospice.
