More NREMT-B exams available

FRANKFORT — Those who wish to take an NREMT-Basic written exam must:

Write a letter to the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services requesting the date and location of the exam (s) that you would like to take and be sure to include the following information.

Your Full Name

Social Security Number

Complete Mailing Address

Telephone Number (where you can be reached during the day)

Instructors Name

Course Number (if you have it. If not, Date of Course Completion will be acceptable.)

Please mail this information to:

MAY 19, 2001	FORT KNOX	If you are wanting to take this exam, simply contact Everett Scott at Know-How, Inc at 502-964-0034 or 1-888-278-0034 and he will determine if you are eligible to take the exam without you having to notify the KY Board of Emergency Medical Services.
