following EMS-related items were published in the February edition of the
Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services Office of Certificate of Need
Newsletter.
Letters of intent received:
- Medical Transportation Service, Ashland, Lawrence
County. Establish a Class I ALS/BLS ground ambulance service to serve
Lawrence County. 2/10/2001.
Applications received:
- Corinth Volunteer Fire Department, Corinth, Grant
County. Establish a Class I BLS ground ambulance service to serve
portions of Grant County including Corinth utilizing one (1) vehicle.
$50,000.00 1/23/2001.
- Yellow Ambulance Service, Lexington, Fayette County.
Establish a Class 1 ALS/BLS ground ambulance service to serve Fayette
County utilizing six (6) vehicles. $995,000.00 1/24/2001.
