AdminaStar answers expected after holidays

GLASGOW — On Friday Lindy Lady of AdminaStar-Federal, Inc. notified Mike Swift of the Kentucky Ambulance Providers Association that AdminaStar had completed all of their scheduled workshops for ambulance providers on the new ambulance fee schedule. She indicated that the workshops had gone well and that she was very appreciative of the providers cooperation.

Several common questions prevailed through the course of the workshops and the questions and their answers are being researched and will soon be released for publication to all providers for their information.

Lindy Lady also wanted providers to be advised that the current back-log of provider's telephone inquiries and faxes to her office at AdminaStar will be answered after her return from the Christmas holidays.
