Terms of Evaluation: Dyna-Linc, Inc. will provide a copy of EMS Management Software to a limited number of EMS facilities for one year, at no charge. (Regular Price $5995) This will be provided in exchange for their expert evaluation of the software. If, after one year, the facility continues to use the software, we will charge our normal annual service maintenance fees (approx. $600 - $800.00) for support, upgrades, and maintenance of the product. If the user chooses not to continue to use the software, then there will be no further obligation by either party.

Facility Requirements: We would like to place the evaluation copies of the software in a facility that has a minimum of 150 runs per month. For this evaluation, we will require that the facility charge for their EMS run activity. Ideally the facility would have no more than two people who work with the software on a daily basis.

Evaluation Requirements: We would like feedback from the end-user in the following areas and at the following frequency: After using the software for a month or so, we would like a questionnaire form completed that deals with the day-to-day usability of the software. There will also be a questionnaire about additional features. We would like to engage in monthly phone conversations to go over comments about the existing features and hear any suggestions that may enhance the current or future usability of the software.

Duration of Evaluation: We would encourage each facility to evaluation the software for one year; however, if that is not possible we can accept shorter evaluation terms.

Additional Services: We will provide phone support in setting up the software. We will continue to provide support for one year.
