The normal time of year for Paramedic Boards was changed from October to August due to a change in the National Registry examination. By moving the exam back you will have time for a initial exam and retest before the new exam is put in place. We didn't feel that it was fair to change the exam process on you at this late date in your training.

Information will go out this week to the course coordinators. If you expect to be taking boards you will need to get in touch with your course coordinator for applications and information. If you are a retest or have a special situation contact the EMS office at (502) 564-8963 and ask for Regina. You will need to have all paperwork completed and into the EMS office by July 28, 2000 to participate at Boards.
