SB 349 may exclude EMS from hazardous duty retirement By
JOHN HULTGREN FRANKFORT Kentucky Senate Bill 349, filed Tuesday, may limit state hazardous duty retirement to police, firefighters, and corrections officer, effectively excluding emergency medical technicians from that benefit.
