EMS Branch will try for new EMT regs again

FRANKFORT — The Secretary's Office has advised the Kentucky EMS Branch that they may initiate the process of promulgating EMS administrative regulations. 

This includes the 10 EMT regulations which had been halted earlier this month plus the three regulations dealing with ground and air ambulance licensing that were recommended for adoption by the Kentucky EMS Council last week.

The EMS Branch anticipates filing new Notices of Intent (NOIs) for all 13 regulations by March 15th.
