Refund requests can also be sent by electronic mail to Tom Adams.

In all cases, the confirmation letter or confirmation e-mail (for verification purposes) must be returned with your written instructions.

If registration fees were paid by credit card, please include the electronic transaction number.

You are allowed to select a substitute for your registration. There is a location on your confirmation where you can assign your registration to another individual. Please send your confirmation and authorization with the individual to the conference.
