Steve Berry, BA, NREMT-P, a former teacher and interpreter for the hearing impaired, has published 10 EMS related cartoon books since his escapades as a paramedic/EMS instructor began 24 years ago. Steve writes a monthly humor column for JEMS with EMS cartoons to enhance his patient documentation. He’s a paramedic with South West Teller County EMS in Cripple Creek, Colo.
